| For 15 years, Leslie Jean-Bart has been giving visual shape to verbal idea ------------------------------------------------- His photography books credits include "Military High Life" (University Press of the South, 2006), "Strong to the Hoop" (Lee and Low Books, 1999), and "Blue Guitar" (Chronicle Books, 1998). In 2000, Leslie Jean-Bart was awarded the Marion Vannett Ridgway Book Award for his illustrations in "Strong to the Hoop".
